She provides data-driven solutions for national challenges and contributes to policy discussions at the intersection of business and government. The Potomac Institute develops impactful policy options through strategic forums.
Gregory Wilson
Gregory Wilson, former CISO at Putnam Investments and US Air Force veteran, also held similar roles at Pioneer Natural Resources and 1st Global. He graduated cum laude from the University of Nebraska with a bachelor’s in public administration and earned a master’s in Economics from the University of Oklahoma. Gregory is certified with CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, CDPSE, PSM, PMP, Series 7, and Series 24.
LTG Ed Cardon
LTG Ed Cardon, USA, Retired, headed Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) and directed Army business transformation, including the creation of Army Futures Command. With over 36 years of service, he's skilled in establishing and transforming organizations. Since retiring, Cardon has assisted teams in solving complex challenges for diverse organizations.
Vlad Brodsky
Vlad Brodsky serves as the SVP, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Information Security Officer at OTC Markets Group, overseeing information security strategy, programs, and IT operations. With expertise in Information Security, Risk Management, IT Infrastructure, and Financial Services, Vlad previously held the role of Chief Security Officer at Innovest Systems.
